We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Accounting to join our Finance/Accounting team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure robust internal controls.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision making and business planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align accounting practices with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform strategic planning.
  • Develop AI capabilities across the firm and apply them in support of Finance transformation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • ACA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strategic relationships and effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
