We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Planning & Control to join our Aftermarket Operations team in Derby. With an expanding global Overhaul Base network and increasing customer demand, Planning & Control plays a critical role in ensuring our engines are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our operation, enabling end to end integration of demand, supply and delivery across our global MRO network.

Position Summary

Reporting to the SVP Off Wing Operations, you will lead a high performing organisation responsible for translating demand into executable plans and ensuring world class delivery performance. You will be accountable for integrating planning and execution across the value chain, driving operational excellence, and delivering against our ambitious performance and growth objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) across Aftermarket Operations
• Integrate demand, capacity and supply planning across internal teams and external partners
• Ensure optimised engine induction planning aligned to customer and business priorities
• Drive execution of supply plans across Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering and partners
• Ensure clear visibility of performance against plan, with robust governance and escalation
• Identify and mitigate demand and capacity risks through effective planning
• Lead resolution of operational issues impacting delivery to customers
• Drive end to end supply chain performance, including planning, scheduling and logistics
• Collaborate across the Overhaul Base network to close performance gaps and improve outcomes
• Provide clear, data driven insights to senior stakeholders
• Lead, develop and inspire a high performing team
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation across Planning & Control

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior leadership experience in Planning & Control, supply chain or operations
• Strong track record of delivering performance in complex, operational environments
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence at executive level
• Strong analytical capability with a data driven approach to decision making
• Experience in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning or value chain management
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and drive effective recovery actions
• Track record of leading transformation and continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distil complex information clearly
