We are seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President to join our Client Experience Platform team. This leadership position will be crucial in implementing and delivering digital workflow solutions that enhance our clients' web experience across the CitcoOne platform. Working closely with the Senior Vice President of Client Experience Platform, this role will focus on transforming traditional client interactions into seamless digital experiences across our various business lines including Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate Funds.

This role combines deep understanding of client workflows with digital transformation expertise to create efficient, user friendly solutions that streamline client interactions and improve operational efficiency. The VP will work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, design, and implement digital workflow opportunities that enhance the client experience.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Client Experience Platform.
