Vibrant Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator

Glenholme Healthcare Ltd in Horncastle is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator for Thimbleby Court. You will design and deliver a varied wellbeing and activities programme, promoting social engagement and quality of life for residents.

You will work closely with residents, families and care staff, lead group and individual sessions, and monitor outcomes to ensure person-centred, dementia-aware care. The role is permanent, 25 hours per week with weekend alternation, and offers benefits.
