Vibrant Activities Coordinator - Thornbury Care Home

The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator at Grace Care Centre in Thornbury to design and deliver a diverse activities programme that supports independence and resident engagement.

You will work with residents to understand interests, tailor activities to individual needs, and encourage involvement of staff, relatives and the local community to enrich daily living.
