About the Practice

The practice is a long established, RCVS GP accredited clinic located 10 minutes by tram from Manchester city centre, near the Peak District. It operates across four well equipped sites and has earned several recognitions, including "Dogs Trust Dog Friendly", "Fear Free Clinic" and is working towards "Cat Friendly Clinic" accreditation at all locations.

The clinic is committed to high quality care for all pets, maintains strong relationships with local and national charities, and was awarded "Outstanding" by the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme for Team & Professional Responsibility and Client Service.

With a supportive and welcoming culture, strong staff retention, and continued investment in team development and modern equipment, the practice consistently delivers a high standard of patient care.

Role Summary

We are looking for a confident Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon eager to develop clinical expertise while delivering excellent care to patients and their owners. You will join a team of 11 vets with diverse specialties, including dentistry, medicine, imaging, dermatology, and orthopaedics.

The position offers a salary of up to £60,000 (pro rata, depending on experience) and considers both full time and part time candidates. Work is organised into a four day week with a shared Saturday rota - there are no Sundays, out of hours or bank holiday commitments.
