Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join a first opinion independent, friendly, and compassionate team in Sleaford. With a base salary starting from £48,000 per year, this role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time positions available. The practice is open to new graduates, ensuring a supportive environment for professional growth.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for providing surgical and medical care to this 100 small animal practice. You'll join an existing team of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and 1 Student Veterinary Nurse. The standard involves 15-minute consultations, with regular gaps scheduled to ensure smooth appointments. They offer 30-minute appointments for euthanasia. This structured day allows everyone the opportunity for both consultation and operation days.
