Job Description
About the Role 
We're seeking a confident and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to lead a busy, independent small-animal practice in the West Midlands. You'll operate in sole charge, fully responsible for the clinical side, supported by an experienced nursing team.
Practice & Location- Well-equipped with an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound and more
- Located a short drive from Wolverhampton and Walsall, serving a loyal local clientele
- Strong community reputation and over 30 years of continuous operation
- Excellent remuneration: up to £80,000 FTE, depending on experience
- Great work/life balance: no weekends, no out-of-hours work
- Flexible part-time structure (ideally 2-3 days/week)
- 10-minute consult slots
- Benefits including generous holiday allowance, pension, registration/fees paid, CPD allowance, staff discount
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in small animal practice
- Comfortable with sole charge clinical decision making across general medicine and surgery
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach
- Motivated to build on established success and lead a high standard of care
