The Opportunity

We're looking for a dedicated vet with ambition-someone eager to shape a practice, lead a team, and create a legacy. Based in the South Yorkshire market town of Rotherham-with its welcoming community, green spaces, and affordable lifestyle-the clinic offers an exciting foundation:

• 4 consulting rooms and 1 theatre
• Modern facilities including ECG, Endoscope, Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, and an in-house lab

This role gives you the scope to set the clinical direction, hone your leadership skills, and deliver outstanding patient care-all while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a capable GP vet who is passionate about patient care and client service. You should be ready to inspire others and understand the importance of individualised care for every animal. Previous leadership or commercial experience is an advantage, but ambition and drive are what matter most-you'll have full support to succeed.
