Veterinary Surgeon Partnership Opportunities - West Midlands

Location: Across the county of the West Midlands

Type: Partnership - from small community practices to 24-hour hospital settings

Why Choose Partnership?

Partnership gives you the chance to own your future - combining your clinical expertise with the freedom and fulfilment of business leadership. You'll enjoy full clinical autonomy, supported by the operational and business expertise of a leading UK veterinary group.

Each partnership is shaped around you - your experience, your goals, and your vision for success. Whether you're an experienced Clinical Director or an ambitious Vet ready to step up, this is your opportunity to take control of your career and build a thriving, successful practice in one of the UK's most diverse and dynamic regions.

About You

You are an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with at least two years of clinical experience, confident in general practice and committed to delivering outstanding patient care. You're commercially minded, people-focused, and motivated by the opportunity to lead, inspire, and influence the future of your own practice.

Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, and we welcome applications from international vets who are looking to establish a long-term career in the UK.

Why the West Midlands?

The West Midlands offers the perfect blend of urban energy and rural charm - from the cultural buzz of Birmingham to the scenic landscapes of Shropshire and Staffordshire. With excellent transport links, affordable living, and a thriving veterinary community, it's the ideal place to live, work, and grow your business.

Take the Next Step

If you're ready to explore partnership opportunities across the West Midlands - from independent-style local practices to modern, full-service hospitals - we'd love to hear from you.

For further information, an informal chat, or to apply, please email Debbie Loding at or today.

You must be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon and eligible to register with the RCVS to be considered for this role.
