The purpose-built hospital is equipped with state of the art surgical, dental, and diagnostic facilities, including digital and dental x ray, ultrasound, and a comprehensive in house laboratory. This ensures you have all the tools you need to provide exceptional care.

You will enjoy a mix of hospital, consulting, and operating shifts, offering a diverse and engaging clinical experience. The team is composed of experienced and empathetic vets, nurses, and support staff, many of whom hold additional qualifications and have specialist interests. Further training is actively supported including certifications, encouraging you to develop your skills and follow your passions.

My client operates 32 sites across London, Hertfordshire, and Cambridge, including four large 24 hour hospitals and a referral centre. Their strong reputation for friendliness and excellence has earned them a loyal client base, and they are committed to continuity of care.

This is an opportunity with a premium, progressive veterinary group dedicated to supporting and investing in its people. As a nurse training practice, they offer structured graduate training and a nurturing environment for early career nurses.

Consultations are by appointment only, with a minimum of 15 minutes per patient, ensuring tailored and thorough care. If you are a caring, motivated Veterinary Surgeon who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and personal growth, this is the role for you.

You will need

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a UK small animal practice
• Confidence in routine surgery and consultations
• Strong teamwork, communication, and client care skills
• Commitment to providing high quality, contextualised patient care
• Flexibility to assist at other practices in Hertfordshire when required
