Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
  • Provide clear updates to clients about their pets' progress.
  • Uphold the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
  • Prepare accurate estimates for clients, ensuring timely payments.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to enhance commercial performance.
  • Mentor and develop your team, sharing new practices and standards.
  • Complete clinical handovers and arrange patient transfers for out-of-hours care.
  • Support and share clinical best practices within the community.
Your Skills and Experience
  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Proven clinical leadership skills.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients.
  • Understanding of how exceptional care improves client experience.
  • Ability to implement a progressive clinical culture.
  • Experience in achieving strong commercial performance.
  • Effective team player with coaching and influencing skills.
