You'll be working alongside an experienced practice owner and a collaborative network of 25 surgeons and 100 staff, all united by a shared ethos of mutual respect, teamwork, and doing the right thing for both people and pets.

The Offer:

• Salary £50,000 - £80,000, depending on experience and hours
• No on-call, Sundays or bank holidays
• 4-day week + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings - Part-time options also available

About You:

• A small animal vet with around 2+ years' experience
• Someone who thrives on delivering great clinical care and enjoys building genuine client relationships.
• Confident working independently day to day but appreciate being part of a supportive wider team with access to mentorship and peer input whenever needed
