Rewarding environment

Our Banbury practice is equipped to a high standard with 3 consult rooms, an in-house laboratory, digital CR radiography, ultrasound, and a surgical theatre with diathermy, capnography, and multi-parameter monitoring. Piped anaesthetic gases are available throughout the surgery.

Varied caseload

You will care for pets including dogs, cats, reptiles, and raptors, handling routine health checks, complex medical cases, and orthopaedic surgeries. Over 30% of our clients are insured, mostly on health plans.

Supportive colleagues

You will be supported by an experienced Practice Manager, a dedicated nursing team, colleagues from Pets at Home, and the Vets4Pets support office.

Flexibility

We offer full or part-time roles, ideally a minimum of 25 hours per week, including 1 in 3 weekends. We welcome discussions about different working arrangements to find the best fit for you.

Growth and development

We seek a confident, experienced Veterinary Surgeon. Opportunities include training, CPD funding, and potential practice ownership through our Joint Venture Partnership model.

Benefits

Salary up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus. Benefits include pension, healthcare, paid memberships, career progression, lifestyle discounts, and relocation support, including visa sponsorship if needed.
