Based in the sought after location of Fife, you have beautiful fishing villages, castles and cathedrals, plus a plethora of restaurants and arts and culture on your doorstep and only 45 minutes from Edinburgh city centre by train or car.

Clinical Focus & Team

At this clinic, the focus is on providing the highest quality of veterinary care, surgery, and treatment. The successful candidate will join a friendly and experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses, Receptionists, and Patient Care Assistants. This collaborative environment is perfect for those who thrive in a team setting and are committed to driving clinical excellence.

State of the Art Facilities

One of the standout features of the practice is its state of the art equipment, including a laparoscopic kit, endoscopy, ultrasound, digital X ray, and dental X ray. Additionally, the practice boasts a brand new dog and cat Behaviour Clinic referral service led by a behaviour specialist, who can address behavioural issues such as separation anxiety, over grooming, and aggression.

Hours & Work Life Balance

The role involves working 40 hours per week across four days, with 1 in 6 Saturdays and 1 in 12 Sundays. Importantly, there is no on call requirement. The practice's opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and 9 am to 5 pm on weekends.

Qualifications

You must be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon and eligible to register with the RCVS to be considered for this role.
