Ashford, Kent Independent Practice
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a proudly independent, well-established practice in Ashford with a loyal client base and a varied caseload.
This modern, purpose-built practice is home to a friendly and supportive team of 4 vets, 8 nurses, and 2 receptionists, offering an excellent working environment with genuine clinical freedom.
The Role- Full-time or part-time position available
- Minimum 2 years' UK small animal experience required
- Opportunity to work within a collaborative, experienced team
- Well-equipped surgery with a broad and interesting caseload
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE (pro rata for part-time)
- Flexible working hours - highly negotiable
- 1 in 6 weekends (open until 1pm; both days paid as full days)
- No out-of-hours
- 20 days holiday (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays
