Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day practice operations within a busy veterinary clinic
• Lead rota planning, staffing, and resource management
• Oversee financial performance including budgets, KPIs, cost control, and revenue
• Drive client experience, including handling complaints and feedback
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and internal standards
• Maintain stock control and supplier management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Support a positive team culture and ongoing staff development

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Background in veterinary
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing financial performance and KPIs
• Confident handling client queries and complaints
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
• Proficient with IT systems including practice management software and Microsoft Office
