The Role:
This is a permanent Vet Surgeon position with flexibility tailored to suit your preferences - whether you're seeking full-time or part-time hours. You'll be working with a well-rounded caseload, including both consultations and surgery, giving you the chance to hone your existing skills while developing new ones. The practice encourages clinical freedom and autonomy, with no micromanagement - allowing you to explore areas of interest and take the lead where you're confident.
- 15-minute consults
- Varied and engaging small animal caseload
- Encouragement and funding for
- CPD/certifications
- Minimal OOH (if any) and a shared rota for Saturdays
The Team
You'll be joining a close-knit team of veterinary professionals who pride themselves on offering exceptional patient care and teamwork without egos. The team includes:
- Experienced Vets with diverse special interests (surgery, imaging, medicine)
- Supportive RVNs and dedicated reception staff
- A practice manager who genuinely cares about team wellbeing

What's on Offer
Salary up to £70,000 (DOE)
Flexible working hours - full or part-time options

To apply for this role, you will need to:
Be a qualified MRCVS (or eligible for RCVS registration)
Have experience in small animal practice (new grads also considered if confident and eager to learn) Be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Have a passion for delivering high standards of patient care
Possess good communication skills with both clients and colleagues
Be enthusiastic about continued professional development
