The business also uses bespoke online systems to simplify bookings, reporting and tenant communications.

We are looking for a professional and motivated full-time EPC Assessor / Property Inspector to join our growing team.

This is a varied field-based role suited to someone organised, reliable, and confident working independently across residential properties.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of property reporting and compliance services including:

• Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
• Inventory reports
• Check-out inspections
• Mid-term inspections
• Compliance visits and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and impartial approach to reporting
• Ability to manage workload and appointments efficiently
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Previous experience in property inspections preferred but not essential
