Venue Manager

Overview

This brand new & super cool live music venue is set to be one of the most exciting openings this summer. The space is being transformed into a very cool bar and chic live music venue in Newington Green, with a huge capacity for big events, incredible music, refined cocktails and an array of natural wines. The group previously opened an excellent low intervention wine bar and this new concept is expected to be equally successful.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the bespoke build of this incredible space in Newington Green
• Lead the opening and running of the venue with autonomy and ownership from early stages
• Work on the bookings for the gigs and manage the live music program
• Operate a 45 hour week with a mix of day and evening shifts

Requirements

• Charismatic GM or venue manager with a strong bar background and excellent knowledge of craft beer and cocktails
• Experience running big and busy bars and music venues
• A leadership style that is caring, supportive and proactive
