Venue Manager - Bingo

BettingJobs is working with a well-established multi-site Bingo and Gaming hall business located in Dublin, hiring a Venue Manager for one of their busy bingo and gaming venues in Dublin, overseeing the team and customers day-to-day.

These roles are ideal for leaders passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving commercial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop high-performing, customer-focused teams
• Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
• Drive sales, profitability, and key business targets
• Manage staffing, recruitment, coaching, and performance
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Regulations, Responsible Gaming, AML, Health & Safety, and company procedures
• Oversee cash management and security
• Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture

Requirements:

• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, gaming, or similar customer-focused roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive business results
• Hands-on management style with ability to motivate and develop teams
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Gaming industry experience is a plus, but not essential
