The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
• Completing vehicle inspections and health checks
• Identifying additional repair requirements and advising accordingly
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely
• Working closely with Service Advisors and Workshop Control to maximise customer satisfaction
• Supporting fellow technicians and contributing to a positive workshop culture
• Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and documentation

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
• Good knowledge of current vehicle technologies and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to consistently achieve productivity and efficiency targets
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

• Current MOT Tester licence
• Previous main dealer experience
• Experienced Level 2 Technicians will also be considered
