Vehicle Technician

We are seeking an experienced vehicle technician to join our small, award winning team at our busy, family run Ford dealership. You will join our team of technicians to diagnose and repair predominantly Ford cars and commercials.

Duties

Accurately diagnose vehicle faults

Repair and replace faulty parts

Carryout routine servicing work, MOT repairs and more involved tasks such as cambelt replacement and engine rebuilds

Communicate with workshop manager regarding work progress

Develop your skills & knowledge through the Ford training program

Maintain a clean & safe work bay

Requirements

You should have completed NVQ level 3 and ideally at least 3 years of relevent technician experience

Strong technical skills and attention to detail

Full and valid UK driving licence

Ability to work well in a team environment

Customer service-oriented mindset

A willingness to learn and develop your own skills to progress your ability

Manufacturer level experiance would be beneficial, but not mandatory
