Vehicle Technician - Telfords Citroën & DS, Carlisle
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) + £2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday + On Rota Saturdays, 8:15am - 5:00pm

About the Role
This is more than just a technician role. You'll be a key player in a close-knit team, working alongside our service team and liaise closely with our aftersales manager to deliver exceptional service and uphold the highest standards of workmanship.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
Completing vehicle health checks and documentation accurately.
Liaising with service advisors and ensuring clear communication with customers where needed.
Upholding manufacturer and safety standards across all tasks.
Mentoring junior technicians where appropriate and leading by example.
What We're Looking For
Experienced Vehicle Technician level qualifications
Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in a franchised dealership.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to show initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence.
