Vehicle Rental Hire Administrator

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the vehicle rental sector desirable; applications from those with customer service or administrative roles considered.
• Excellent communication skills - face to face, written, and telephone.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Group Rental Manager and work as part of a valued team.
• Deal with customer enquiries, vehicle allocation, coordination of vehicle collection and deliveries.
• Ensure the local team achieves the profit and targets set, while running the branch operation safely, efficiently and cost effectively.
