Vehicle Progressor

We are now seeking aproactive and detail-oriented Progress Chaser to join the team at Marshall Hampshire in Hook.

LOCATION Marshall Hampshire DEPARTMENT Sales

You'll manage the journey of each vehicle from arrival at the dealership through to customer handover, supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Executives in delivering a seamless sales process.

You'll take ownership of photographing and advertising vehicles online, updating and posting customer offers, managing showroom presentation, and coordinating with valet teams.

You'll also be responsible for key storage, appraising used car stock, and ensuring everything is prepared and presented to a high standard - ready for customer viewings or handovers.

Someone with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience in a customer service or administrative environment.

Someone with a team player attitude, who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and always uphold dealership standards.

Someone comfortable working with digital tools and systems, ideally with experience in using CRMs or online platforms for vehicle listings.

Most importantly, someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes to ensure a premium customer experience on the forecourt.
