Vehicle Integration Senior Engineer - Accessories

Join JLR as a Vehicle Integration Senior Engineer, driving the development and realisation of cutting edge vehicle architectures within a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the integration of innovative technologies into complete vehicle systems, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with functional and attribute targets. You will act as the technical arbitrator, mediating complex interactions and facilitating obstacle resolution across cross functional teams.

Key responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive system integration, managing vehicle technical data progression, and supporting the delivery of Minimum Viable Products through virtual and physical verification. Your expertise will guide both design quality and programme delivery, leveraging your advanced automotive knowledge, problem solving skills, and experience with methodologies such as 8D and Six Sigma.

We are looking for a resilient and forward thinking individual with a strong background in vehicle integration, system architecture, and project management within automotive or OEM environments. Your leadership will motivate teams, embed Agile principles, and foster collaboration with stakeholders to deliver innovative vehicle features and accessories efficiently and reliably.
