Vehicle Compound Co-ordinator

The Vehicle Compound Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and enquiries in the Remarketing compound, with specific responsibilities in administration, communication, compound management, stock control, transport, and logistics. The successful applicant will form an integral part of the car remarketing team.

Provide administrative and communication support within the car remarketing team

Manage suppliers to achieve high levels of efficiency

Build strong customer relationships

Manage the vehicle sales process

Carry out return vehicle inspections

Conduct weekly stock management checks on all sites

Deal with internal customer queries

Undertake any reasonable role-related duties as required

Full, clean driver's licence held for a minimum of two years

Good knowledge of all makes of commercial and passenger vehicles

Understanding of vehicle logistics and inventory control

Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

High level of IT literacy; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Flexible approach; willing to carry out a variety of tasks and work outdoors or additional hours as required

Team player, actively participating in shared objectives

Ambitious, energetic, and motivated, with the drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to achieve team goals
