About the Role

The role involves providing operational support for the Veeva Quality Vault system, ensuring system stability and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Provide 1st Level support for the Veeva Quality Vault system, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
• System Maintenance: Assist in system updates, and maintenance tasks to support business needs.
• User Support: Offer guidance and support to end-users, addressing queries.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, configurations, and support activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Introduce continuous improvement initiatives and/or Innovative Technologies in collaboration with Akkodis Sr. Content & Data Management Consultant.

Qualifications

• First experience in IT service management and support, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with/Interest in Veeva Vault Quality systems and understanding of GxP compliance requirements.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyse issues, identify solutions, and implement changes efficiently and within agreed time.
• First experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software solutions, ideally content management software or experience in the Life Sciences industry with exposure to Quality Management and an affinity to technology.
• First experience in working in a Consulting or Customer facing role, managing customer expectations is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory), French and Dutch (plus).
• Ability to work independently with clients, comprehend and translate business requirements, and create corresponding solution designs.
• Experience supporting ITIL-based service models with clear escalation paths.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Teams, SRM (Service Request Management).
• Strong interest in data management solutions, systems and interfaces (API).
• Agile and hands-on.
• Team player.

Recommended Degrees:

• Life Sciences or Quality-Focused Fields: These provide strong domain knowledge for regulated environments (GxP, GMP, compliance, etc.).

Bachelor's or Master's in:

• Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Biotechnology
• Biomedical Science

Information Technology / Computer Science: Essential for understanding systems architecture, interfaces, user support, and configuration.
