The roles are offered on a hybrid basis, with a mixture of office and home working.

Job Purpose

We have a number of exciting roles currently available within our London Commercial team, principally dealing with operational real estate. Successful candidates will service a range of clients and will - according to seniority - also be expected to generate new business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prosecuting investment transactions
• Providing investment advisory services
• Offering development advice and market reviews
• Undertaking operator searches, in respect of new leases or management agreements
• Building relationships with existing clients and targeting new clients/instructions
• Attending meetings with clients

Person Specification:

• Experienced in the delivery of transactional and general practice services
• High degree of IT literacy
• Self-motivated and can work autonomously
