Van Drivers Wanted - Temp to Perm

Location: Clyst St George

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + Weekly Bonus between £40-£80.

Hours: Monday to Saturday - 04:00 start

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking Van Drivers for full-time, temp-to-perm positions based in Clyst St George.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for collecting and delivering food to customers across the South West. This is a customer-facing role, so a friendly and professional attitude is essential. You'll be working early mornings with a consistent 04:00 start time, Monday through Saturday.

Key Duties:

• Collecting pre-packed food orders from the depot
• Delivering to customer locations across the South West
• Providing excellent customer service on delivery
• Following route and schedule efficiently
• Ensuring vehicle checks are carried out

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
• Previous van driving or multi-drop experience preferred
• Comfortable with early morning starts
• Good level of physical fitness
• Reliable and professional

What We Offer:

• £12.21 per hour pay rate
• £40-£80 Bonus. This will depend on targets being hit.
