Experienced Valuation Manager / Lister required for the market leading agency in the Stoneleigh area to conduct market appraisals, win new instructions and grow market share within a successful independent residential estate agency.

Salary: OTE £70,000 per annum. Position: Permanent - Full Time. Reference: WR90941.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
• Win new instructions and increase market share across the local area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Advise clients on pricing strategies and current market conditions
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise instruction conversion and sales progression
• Monitor local market activity and identify new business opportunities

• Proven success within residential estate agency sales
• Strong track record of valuing properties and winning instructions
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills

• Good knowledge of the local property market
