Valuations Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their Valuations and Modelling team, delivering valuations for accounting, tax, and commercial purposes. This includes business valuations, intangible assets, and complex securities like share options and warrants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead valuation projects from analysis to reporting
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Support business development and client proposals
• Define project scopes and budgets
• Build internal and external networks

Requirements

• Strong valuation experience in a top-tier advisory firm
• Expertise in valuation methodologies and financial modelling
• Experience with PPA, IP, and complex securities valuations
• Team management experience
• Degree qualified with CFA, ACA, CA, or ACCA (or working towards)
