Our platform powers rail ticketing and digital experiences for train operating companies across the UK. What You'll Do- Lead UX/UI across multiple product areas, driving the vision and execution of intuitive, accessible experiences for mobile and web.
- Create high-quality design artefacts from journeys and flows to detailed prototypes, bringing clarity to complex problems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering ensuring smooth implementation and maintaining design integrity throughout delivery.
- Make data-driven design decisions, using analytics, research insights, and usability testing to inform direction.
- Translate user research and business requirements into elegant, practical design solutions.
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Design with implementation in mind, producing assets and specifications that support efficient and consistent development.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring products are usable by all customers.
- Continuously evaluate and refine user journeys through qualitative and quantitative insight.
- Evolve and scale our design system ensuring consistency and adaptability across multiple brands and platforms.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, sharing insights and best practice with the wider team.
- Drive innovation, bringing fresh perspectives and a user-centred mindset to everything you create.
- At least 4 years' experience designing digital products for mobile and/or web.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, elegant flows, and high-quality UI craft.
- Experience designing complex, data-rich products or multi-brand environments.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bonus: Experience in travel, e-commerce, or financial services.
