UX/UI Designer - Travel & Lifestyle App

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product UX/UI Designer to join our client's dynamic team in London.

This role is pivotal in transforming this brand's vision into an engaging day-to-day digital experience for our users. As a market leader in the lifestyle/travel category, we are looking for a creative individual who embodies hands-on UX expertise.

What you'll do

• Design and implement leading-edge UX/UI designs that translate our brand effectively across mobile and B2C lifestyle applications.
• Collaborate closely with our in-house team to elevate our products, making evident step changes in the market.
• Drive the design process from conception to execution, ensuring user-centric solutions that maintain high engagement levels akin to leading gaming apps.
• Optionally lead and manage a small team of product designers, focusing on hands-on involvement.
• Engage directly with key stakeholders, including the head of product, co-founder, and CTO, to align design strategies with company objectives.

Who you are

• Proven experience in a similar product designer role within the lifestyle category, ideally within a consumer app
• Exceptional UX and UI skills with a track record of delivering successful consumer mobile app designs.
• Extensive experience in B2C consumer lifestyle apps with a knack for creating habit-forming experiences.
• Hands-on approach with a passion for creative design and the ability to lead by example.
• Comfortable working full-time in our London office, becoming an integral part of a collaborative team environment.
• You are hands on, this role isn't suitable for a leader that can't have individual impact.

Salary: £100-120k DOE
