We're looking for an exceptional UX Designer to join our team at UNRVLD to help us create meaningful, beautiful digital products for our clients and their customers.
You'll be an integral part of the process of creating business-critical solutions for a wide range of clients and sectors across many types of digital products, from self-serve portals for a utility company to immersive fan engagement experiences for global sports brands.

This role can be based at one of our offices located in London, Leeds, Cardiff, Manchester, or Belfast, with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office.
Responsibilities- Design and research: Understand UX Design and Research principles, translating user needs and business requirements into simple, usable digital interfaces.
- Information processing: Handle large amounts of information, solving complex problems.
- Design techniques: Use sketching, wireframing, and prototyping effectively.
- User research: Conduct research and analyze metrics to uncover insights.
- Usability audits: Perform audits and generate actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Challenge colleagues and clients to improve outcomes.
- Project management: Plan and manage deliverables within challenging timescales.
- Design solutions: Create designs that balance customer experience, business goals, and technical considerations.
- Design reviews: Participate in reviews, explain and justify design decisions, and respond to feedback.
- Client presentations: Present work confidently with clear rationale and enthusiasm.
- Teamwork: Work independently or collaboratively with other designers.
- Knowledge sharing: Contribute to the agency practice through research and idea sharing.
- Portfolio: An online portfolio or live projects for review.
- Experience: Working within a digital agency or in-house product team.
- Product experience: Worked on large-scale or complex digital products (web or native).
- Tools proficiency: High proficiency in Figma; experience with other tools like Principle, Framer, Photoshop is a bonus.
