USP Technician

As part of the development of biotechnological production activities for our client, we are looking for an USP Technician to join the manufacturing teams in the canton of Seine in the USP department. You will participate in cell culture activities at an industrial scale, in a demanding GMP environment.USP TechnicianYour responsibilities:- Operate USP production equipment in compliance with GMP standards- Carry out cell culture activities related to: - Inoculum X flasks - Cell culture in single-use bioreactors - Harvesting - IPC (in-process controls) and ensure traceability of activities in records- Identify and report quality issues- Participate in investigations and problem resolutions- Contribute to equipment maintenance activities- Participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, Gemba)- Maintain areas and equipment in compliance with GMPTechnical or scientific profile:- Certificate of Vocational Competence (CFC) / BTS / DUT / HES Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent field- Minimum 3 years of experience in biotechnological or pharmaceutical production- Experience in a cGMP environment- Knowledge of USP processes (cell culture, bioreactors)- Ability to work in a regulated industrial environment- Good team spirit and attention to detail in documentationConditions:- Shift work- Weekend work possible according to production schedule- GMP biotech production environment jidbd253baaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
