- Teach practical tools such as deep breathing, mindfulness, guided relaxation, and binaural beats to modulate the nervous system.
- Support clients in setting achievable goals and tracking progress over time.
- Apply cognitive-behavioral strategies to help clients manage chronic pain and related symptoms during perimenopause.
- Interest in or commitment to women's health coaching; knowledge areas include functional nutrition, lifestyle medicine, movement therapies, nervous system regulation, trauma, and mindset as described by the program.
- Willingness to participate in training covering pain neuroscience education and evidence-based coaching techniques.
