User Researcher, Hybrid, Inside IR35

SIFA 4 USER RESEARCHER - 6 months - GOVERNMENT CLIENT - RATES BETWEEN 400 - 475 INSIDE IR35 DOE - HYBRID 2 DAYS PW ON SITE

This role will be a Hybrid position with 2 days on site based in either Manchester or Newcastle-Upon-Tyne

Our Government based client are looking for a User Researcher to join there busy Team working closely with the Senior User Researcher

Skills/Exp -

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Empathy and the ability to understand and advocate for user needs.

Collaborative approach and experience working across cross functional teams.

Understanding of agile ways of working and user centred design

Understanding of a wide range of user research methods - usability testing, surveys, field studies

Experience in applied user research, ideally in public sector
