The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and exciting e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands on experience, and run for 12 weeks.

• Plan and iterate TikTok Shop user products, including Live, PDP, reviews, transaction flow, promotion, and other modules.
• Focus on user needs and competitor products, continuously monitor product data and user feedback, deeply consider business development issues, and continuously iterate.
• Communicate and collaborate across departments to promote high quality team work and achieve project goals.

EMEA Start Dates: June 8th 2026, June 22nd 2026, July 6th 2026.

Minimum qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Solid understanding of product planning and strategy, with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions and proactively develop short, medium, and long term plans for execution.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify product challenges and propose actionable product solutions independently.
• Good user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to understand project contexts and evaluate outcomes.
• Strong cross functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify issues, facilitate communication between teams, and effectively manage resources. Well developed interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for user products.
• Bonus: working experience in e commerce platform or other social media platform is preferred.
• Must be able to commit to a 12 week full time work period during Summer 2026.
