We are currently on a journey transforming how we support our Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) organization, and we are looking for passionate professionals to grow with us in this exciting phase.

The Sanofi R&D Hub in Budapest is seeking a User Acceptance Testing - Tester to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for GRA (Global Regulatory Affairs) technology systems, including writing test scripts, executing tests, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

You will be a key member of a highly productive team, a collaborative team player, and will work very closely with colleagues in Global Regulatory Operations (GRO).

Main responsibilities:

  • Participation in User Acceptance script writing, execute test scripts for the GRA owned technology projects
  • Collaborate with the development team in relation with the UAT activities, with ITS colleagues for the validation function, and with external personnel to provide UAT support for Veeva Vault RIM and integrated platform
  • Partner with the Business Process & Innovation group and the ITS Validation Lead to assess the EMA and FDA regulations and ensures the UAT function is in synch with regulations and guidelines
  • Support internal audits and regulatory inspections by providing appropriate user acceptance documentation for the GRA owned technology
  • Ensures UAT strategy aligns with GRA system capabilities
  • Establishes quality compliance, ensures documentation to support the processes are in place and up-to date
  • Support the Centralized Support Services Team with VRIM data entry related tasks

About you

Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in implementing operational metrics, process improvements
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs/Operations
  • Experience in problem-solving techniques
  • Experience in UAT is advantageous

Knowledge, soft skills and competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multifunctional and multicultural teams
  • Collaborative team player with orientation towards building and maintaining effective relationships, strong culture awareness
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities efficiently
  • Dedicated and persuasive "can-do" attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, keen to embrace new activities and willingness to learn
  • Ability to propose solutions and efficiencies, continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality about sensitive data

Technical skills:

  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Understands the great importance of database accuracy
  • Experience with Veeva tools and/or Veeva Vault/RIM

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Languages:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
