Used Car Sales Controller - Automotive Business, Manchester

I'm currently working with a successful automotive retailer that is looking to add an experienced Sales Controller / Manager to their high performing team.

What's on offer:

• Basic salary of up to £40,000
• Realistic OTE of up to £70,000
• Structured shift pattern with 2 days off during the week
• One full weekend off every month

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Sales Controller or Sales Manager within the trade
• Ideal experience in a used car supermarket or other high volume automotive sales environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• A proven track record of driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service
• Commercial awareness with the ability to motivate a successful sales team
