Locum GP's Required Hull £85.00 per hour

Required for General Practices, Walk-in Centres, and Urgent Care Centres in Hull

Mornings, Afternoons, Extended Access, and Weekends Available

Dream Medical is seeking Locum GPs passionate about fast-paced treatment to undertake ongoing rotas with an esteemed client based in a city centre site in Hull.

Working in a purpose-built Urgent Care Centre open 365 days a year, you will join a team of clinicians at the forefront of Urgent Care in the region.

We are looking for locum GPs interested in doing both UCC shifts and OOH shifts at sites across East Hull, including walk-in centres and General Practices in east and central Hull!

There is a strong community team supporting the service daily.

This role includes:

1. Undertaking duties such as surgery consultations, telephone consultations, home visits, checking and signing prescriptions, and handling queries and paperwork.
2. Making professional, autonomous decisions.
3. Assessing patient healthcare needs, screening for disease risk factors, developing treatment plans.
4. Providing counselling and health education.
5. Referring patients to other care providers as needed.
6. Recording clear consultation notes.
7. Participating in clinical governance programs and working with the Senior Management Team.
8. Managing prescriptions.
9. Supporting clinical team members with supervision as needed.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Full, unrestricted GMC registration on the GP Register.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
• GP Vocational or additional experience in general practice.
• Knowledge of NHS and clinical governance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.

The hourly rate is competitive at £85.00 per hour. Shifts and rotas are available 2 months in advance. Applications are welcome from GPs with a notice period of 3+ months. Please apply with your latest CV.
