Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead

Location: Paris, France
Work Type: Full-Time Contract
Contract: 12 months (renewable)
Set up: Monday to Friday

Opportunity Summary

Step into a key leadership role as the Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead, supporting one of the largest and most technically advanced LNG projects in the region. Based in Paris, you will ensure world-class quality performance across the engineering, procurement, construction, and offshore installation phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy the Upstream Quality Management System across CPI, EPCI, and Drilling & Completions packages.
  • Act as a technical authority for Third-Party Inspection activities.
  • Define quality-related resources and budget planning.
  • Lead quality teams and ensure readiness for site and offshore activities.
  • Oversee EPCI contractor quality performance, audits, documentation, and compliance.
  • Manage non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold project standards.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Quality Control: Strong expertise in quality assurance and control activities.
  • Communication: Fluent in English; French language is a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and interfaces between multiple contractors.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering, fabrication, procurement, offshore installation, and pre-commissioning processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 15+ years in quality assurance/control within complex engineering or offshore projects.
  • Knowledge Areas: Engineering, fabrication, procurement, offshore installation, and pre-commissioning.
  • Leadership: Strong experience managing multi-site teams and contractor interfaces.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (French a plus).
