Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.


• Assisting teachers in the delivery of engaging and enriching lessons, contributing to the planning and implementation of activities.


• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers, helping to identify areas for improvement.


• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging participation.


• Offering pastoral care and support to students, addressing their social, emotional, and behavioural needs.


• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, therapists, and other support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to student development.


• Undertaking administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and resource preparation, to support the smooth running of the classroom.
