The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Unqualified Spanish Teacher who already has experience teaching Spanish in a Secondary School and is keen to add value to an expanding MFL Department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The school are well invested into the Education sector, setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. Funded/Salaried teacher training is on offer for an experienced Spanish teacher!

• Teaching Spanish across KS3 & KS4

• Spring 2 2026 Start - Full-Time
• Permanent contract
• Located in West London
• Salary: Unqualified Teacher Pay Scale (Outer London) - £25,000 - £34,000

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Experience teaching Spanish in a UK Secondary School
• Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• A passion for progressing into teacher training / QTS in the future
• You must be able to work as part of a large team
• Must be willing to listen to feedback and develop quickly
