We are currently recruiting for Unqualified Learning Support Assistant jobs in Bishop's Stortford with immediate starts available.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting students with additional needs including SEN, SEMH, or behavioural challenges
• Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

What We're Looking For

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in working with children or young people
• Previous experience (personal or professional) is a bonus-but not essential
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
