University Success & Partnerships Leader

Cadmus seeks a Head of University Success in the UK to lead the growth of our higher education customer success function. You will report to the CRO and work closely with the CEO on strategic relationships with universities, balancing hands-on account management with building a scalable team.

The role requires 6+ years in CS or account management, including leadership, fluency in higher education, and an executive presence to engage senior academic leaders.
