City St George's University is seeking an Academic Adviser to join the Union Advice Service. You will be a key part of our team, offering independent, confidential advice to students and drawing on your caseworker skills to deliver practical and empowering support on a range of academic issues.

Throughout the year you'll manage a large and complex caseload, maintain quick response times, and help develop high-quality standards across the service.
