ROLE

As a trainee Manager/Assistant Manager, you will be working on a multiplication breeding herd of 800 - 1200 sows, overseeing a team of skilled and trainee stockpeople with the support of an experienced management team. The farm covers a number of production areas including farrowing, weaning and serving. This is an extremely physical role and will require long hours at times.

With support and training you will be responsible for farm performance, recording data and reporting back to head office, a great opportunity for a experiened stockperson to progress their careeer within the industry.

All animals are looked after to RSPCA Assured Standards so candidates must have a focus on welfare and enjoy an active job.
